  • This course enables the establishment and maintenance of a food/production safety system. This course covers the skills and knowledge to design and manage food and product safety programs for agri-food enterprises.

  • Arboriculture is the selection, planting, care, and removal of individual trees, shrubs, vines, and other perennial woody plants and the study of how they grow and respond to cultural practices and the environment.

    The purpose is generally to manage trees, usually in a garden, urban or rural setting, for plant health and longevity, pest and pathogen resistance, risk management and ornamental or aesthetic reasons.

  • A total of 10 units of competency must be completed for this qualification
