Safe work practices
Safely using food preparation equipment
All commonly used basic methods of cookery
Plating and presentation
Policies & procedures commonly used in industry
Cleaning & sanitation of equipment and workplace
Upon successful completion you will receive a Statement of Attainment for the following units of competency:
SITXWHS001 Participate in safe work practices
SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety
SITXFSA002 Participate in safe food handling practices
SITHCCC001 Use food preparation equipment
SITHCCC005 Prepare dishes using basic methods of cookery
